Shipping Information

  • Shipping Carriers

    Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground and FedEx Home or Ground Delivery. Orders placed for small non-novelty items may be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Novelty items, which need to be shipped ground service, include fuse, smoke, and all novelty items listed under the novelty category. Please remember all novelty items cannot be expedited in any way.

  • Delivery Time

    Packages are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. From months May through July, packages may take 3-4 business day to ship as this is our busiest time of year. In order to receive your orders before the 4th of July, please order at least two weeks beforehand. UPS Ground may take 5-7 business days to receive, depending on distance from shipping location, we are located in PA. USPS Priority Mail, if items are eligible, may take 1-3 days depending on distance from shipping location. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. FedEx is two-day shipping for most areas, but please remember that that is not guaranteed, and you are not paying extra for "1-day or 2-day shipping", you are just being charged for regular shipping, that's just their ETA. We will not issue refunds for late delivery. UPS & FedEx pick up is only Mon-Fri. You will find the estimated delivery day with your tracking number. Please note that the delivery date provided to you with your tracking number is also an ETA, it is not guaranteed to be delivered that day. We do not offer expedited, or overnight shipping.

  • Tracking
   Best way to check your tracking is entering it in Google. Remember we use
   UPS, FedEx and occasionally USPS. If an error pops up while trying to           track your package it is either because you are trying to track a FedEx             tracking number with UPS, for example, or it is because we provided you a
   tracking number, but the carriers haven't picked up, so you won't be able to     track it until they do. 
  • Change of address

    If you need to change your address and your order has not shipped out yet, you MUST call us first! This is the best way to ensure your order can be corrected.

    If your order has shipped already and you need to change your address, you must contact us, and we will contact the shipping carrier. You will be responsible for the "change of address" fee. This fee goes directly to the shipping carrier. Please note, there is no guarantee that the package address will be changed in time for delivery.

  • International Shipping

    We do not offer international shipping at this time.
