Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we are at fault. Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Wrong Item/Missing Item
If the item received is incorrect or are missing something from your order, you have 30 days after the delivery date to contact us for corrections. After the 30-day window, we will not be able to correct the issue. Please check your packages when you receive them.
Problem with delivery
If your package is marked as delivered, but you do not have it, you must file a claim with UPS or FedEx. Most of them upload pictures for proof of delivery so you will need to bring it up with the carrier. We do not reship items (or refund orders) that have photo proof. We are not responsible for "stolen" or "misplaced" packages, especially the ones with photo proof. If you believe your package was stolen, you must call your local authority.
